Sail.ca Return Policy?
Sail.ca has a return and exchange policy effective within 30 days of the purchase date for both in-store and online purchases. Items to be returned or exchanged must be new, unworn, unaltered, and unused, with the original label and original packaging. A receipt with the date of purchase of the items (paper or electronic) and/or purchase order for online orders are required for in-store returns. Bikes that are already assembled can however be returned if they are not damaged.
For items purchased online, you can make a free return or exchange in store within 30 days of the purchase date. You can also return items by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. Exchanges may not be done by mail, only returns may be carried out using this method. Expert-level Explore+ Rewards Program members enjoy a 45-day exchange and return period and free returns for online orders.
As for the shipping policy, shipping costs are free for all online orders of $74 or more (after discounts and promotions, before taxes). With the exception of gift cards, delivery rates of $10 plus tax apply to every online order when the minimum purchase amount to qualify for free shipping is not met, regardless of the number of items or the delivery address in Canada. Your online order will be processed within 24 hours following the transaction, with the exception of orders containing firearms. Your order will be delivered in 2 to 10 business days following its processing, depending on your delivery destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. If you receive more than one order tracking email, it means that your order has been split into several shipments.

If an item is found at a better price from a Canadian competitor, the price difference will be refunded, with proof of the competitor's price, within 14 days of purchase. Additionally, there is a Price Adjustment Policy. If an item previously purchased from SAIL has been reduced by SAIL, the price will be matched within 14 days of purchase of the item, upon presentation of the original sales receipt. The reduced price must still be in effect at the time of the price adjustment request.
Requests for price match or adjustment for items ordered on the SAIL.ca website can be made by sending an email to info@sail.ca. All price match or adjustment requests are subject to approval by the SAIL team. The price policy is not valid during clearance events.
